SKM Developments ltd took on a significant project 12 years ago at my home to build a purpose built brick training centre in my garden. They did a great job , so very experienced on building regulations and knowledgable about materials and sourcing local partners in for outsourced work if needed. The plastering SKM did was exceptional . Their work was neat and tidy, clearing away everyday and very polite and helpful and keeping me updated. They also did my driveway which has so neat and the surface is excellent. The photos are current from 12 years on and the work has stood test of time and more. Create craftsmanship. Highly recommend

House Repair and Garden Fence Replacement

We have used SKM on a couple of occasions now. The first time he helped us prepare an opening in the wall for understate storage and the work he did was very neat and tidy. Carpenters from an independent company who came to fit the cupboard after SKMs prep, commented a couple of occasions on the neatness of the work.

Recently, we used SKM to help us repair the damage caused by a car driving into our house. The work has been done in a very similar timely manner, and SKM tried to minimise the impact the already stressful situation had on us. They also replaced the damaged fence panels and they look great. Would use again

Single Storey Extension

SKM completed a single storey extension on our house and we would like to say how pleased we were with the whole build.

SKM were able to recommend someone to draw up our plans which made the whole process of the local council planning application so smooth. They project managed the build for us, bringing in the tradespeople as and when needed. This made it stress free for us. We were able to put complete trust in them and they delivered on time and did a great job.
